GoFlex Wireless ships every hotspot device and SIM card free from our U.S. warehouse so you can get online fast. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

Free shipping on every order

Free shipping is included on every order in the United States. There is no minimum purchase and no promo code required.

Same business-day shipping cutoff

Orders placed before 3 PM ET on business days ship the same business day. Orders placed after that window, on weekends or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. Our fulfillment center observes U.S. Eastern Time year-round, including during daylight saving.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. You can also look up any order using Track Order with your order number and the email you checked out with.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

We ship to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico. Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories typically takes 5–8 business days.

International shipping

GoFlex Wireless service is designed for use in the United States, so we do not currently ship devices internationally. If you are traveling to the U.S. and need service on arrival, order to your hotel or a friend's address and we will have it waiting.
